BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS;
Each item has a name and item number.
To place a bid in person, fill out the provided bidding card with the following details:
Your name, contact information (phone and email) The item number and name
Your bid amount.
Hand your completed bidding card to any staff member in the gallery or pop it in the bidding box. If you prefer, you can also submit your bid via email. Please send your bid to gallery@heartofthetribe.com and include the details outlined above.
CLOSING DEADLINE
The silent auction will close on 19th October @ 6.00pm. No bids will be accepted after this time. The highest bid at the close of the auction will be declared the winner.
BIDDING RULES
There is no minimum bid for any items.
Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn.
If you place a winning bid you are committed to purchasing the artwork after the 19th October.
WINNING & PAYMENT
Winners will be notified via email or phone after the 19th October. Payment must be made within 7 days after contact.
COLLECTING YOUR ITEM(S)
Items can be collected directly from the gallery.
If you’re unable to collect in person, please contact us to arrange delivery or shipping (additional fees may apply).
